The Chancellor's Office of Public Affairs is the campus-level strategic communications and marketing unit. Its role is to provide leadership in communicating the excellence of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to key constituants in the state of Illinois, the nation, and the world. The Office of Public Affairs includes the following offices:
Associate Chancellor for Public Affairs, Robin Kaler, works closely with Chief Communications Officers for each unit on campus, offering assistance to colleges and major units. Public Affairs provides marketing and communications resources that complement the campus plan.
