Serves as central resource for all the units in the College in relation to Banner human resource policies and processes for faculty, academic professional and civil service appointments in the College.
Advancement

Roger Laramee, Assistant Dean for Advancement
Directs development efforts for the College, identifies and contacts donors, supervises development team members focusing on various units of the College. Designs annual fund campaign strategies.
Shelli Drummond Stine, Associate Director of Donor Engagement and Alumni Relations
Promotes the College in its advancement efforts and interactions with alumni; coordinates and executes college annual fund efforts; writes and produces the College newsletter and other promotional materials; coordinates College and unit activities related to alumni relations; college liaison to university and campus public affairs and media relations and to the University of Illinois Alumni Association.
Heather Mowry , Office Support Associate
Secretary for the Associate Dean and the Assistant Dean for Development, maintains filing, processes donor gift letters, generates reports. Maintains Kate Neal Kinley Memorial Fellowship applications; oversees supplies, student worker, coordinates mail sorting, receptionist and other duties for Dean's office.

Marian Stone , Assistant to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Academic Affairs
Recruiting, advising, petitions, degree certification. Emphasis on working with students in curricula in Music, Theatre and Dance. Liaison to honors programs on campus and to State Teacher Certification eligibility. Coordinator of FAA Teaching Academy and Chair of College courses and curricula committee. Maintains program information and reporting, serves as a resource for academic advising and referrals, tracks student and program compliance, maintains comprehensive undergraduate academic information systems that support the services provided to undergraduate students in the college

Develops & implements career mentoring & advising, programs for students in the College; represents College on campus Career Services Council.
